Job Summary
pBruker is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to provide technical support for complex electromechanical hardware/software instruments, including X-ray diffractometers and fluorescence spectrometers. The ideal candidate will work remotely with customers to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, test, develop, optimize, and execute the most efficient solution plan for complex instrument issues.
- Create and maintain records of activity in support database.
- Travel to provide onsite support as needed.
