Job Summary
pJoin GoKwik, a leading growth operating system for D2C and eCommerce brands. As a Software Development Engineer - I, you’ll build the backend systems that power millions of transactions. You will develop scalable APIs and work on distributed systems using cutting-edge technologies like Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and NestJS
- Develop scalable APIs and backend systems with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Contribute to event-driven architectures using Kafka
- Ship end-to-end features, including frontend contributions when required
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Debug production issues and implement long-term solutions
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure deployments on AWS
