Job Summary
pWe are seeking a Talent Builder Consultant to configure and customize the platform for client projects. You will translate business requirements into practical solutions, gather feedback from clients, and support data analysis and visualization.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Talent Builder for client projects
- Gather and consolidate client feedback for product roadmap improvements
- Handle client queries related to the platform
- Analyze datasets from various sources before ingestion into the platform
- Query Snowflake and other databases using SQL
- Retrieve data assets via API queries
- Deliver ad-hoc requests with high-quality outputs and insights
- Create analysis models and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Prioritize product quality by identifying anomalies and inconsistencies in data and application behavior
- Contribute to documentation of data, proposals, and configurations
