Job Summary
pWe are seeking a Technical Project Delivery Engineer to own the technical aspects of project delivery for DGM’s customers. This role involves design, planning, integration, testing, and commissioning of hardware and software requirements on customer systems based on project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements through interactions with customers and internal stakeholders
- Assess technical specification requirements for projects and evaluate risks
- Design, plan, integrate, test and commission hardware and software requirements on customer systems
- Provide networking and system/application design
- Perform hardware, software and system installation, integration and factory functional testing for SCADA, HMI and related functionalities
- Prepare project documentation and assist in creating training materials as needed
- Document and track progress of project activities and report any technical issues

Required Skills Explained
- Understanding and experience with SCADA systems, particularly for utilities.
- Familiarity with data base creation and integration of RTUs using IEC104/IEC101/DNP3 protocols.
- Experience in establishing ICCP protocol connections between control centers.
- A strong knowledge base in configuring SCADA software packages, including RDBMS databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, ODBC, and report generation.
- Knowledge of computer architectures, networking, databases, and operating systems.
