Job Summary
pAiven is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will own customer issues from start to resolution, using your technical brilliance and customer-first mindset to provide outstanding service. You’ll troubleshoot open-source technologies across multi-cloud platforms, escalate complex issues, and contribute to knowledge bases.
Responsibilities
- Own and resolve customer issues through transparent communication.
- Troubleshoot open-source technologies such as PostgreSQL, Kafka, OpenSearch, and MySQL.
- Use AI-assisted tools for faster issue resolution.
- Elevate complex issues to senior engineers and collaborate with internal teams.
- Create and maintain documentation of new solutions and workflows.
