Job Summary
pWe are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Fractal, a leading AI and analytics company. This role involves developing secure, maintainable, and high-performing software across front-end, back-end, APIs, cloud, and AI-enabled application layers.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned to project requirements, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Build and enhance front-end, back-end, API, and integration components under the guidance of senior engineers or technical leads.
- Contribute to AI-enabled application features by integrating approved AI services, copilots, or intelligent workflow components into digital products.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect resolution to improve product quality and reliability.
- Collaborate in Agile team rituals, code reviews, and cross-functional delivery discussions to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution.
