Job Summary
pJoin Onelab Ventures as an AI-Native Engineer and contribute to the development of innovative, AI-first solutions. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable applications using LLMs, RAG systems, and intelligent workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-native applications using LLMs and GenAI tools
- Integrate AI capabilities into production systems and optimize prompts and workflows
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and work with embeddings and vector databases
- Develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices for AI applications
- Evaluate model outputs and improve accuracy, reducing hallucinations and optimizing latency
