Job Summary
pWe are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist to join the Gojek Ads team and drive merchant growth through advanced advertising solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize bidding systems, design ad products, and evaluate new features using rigorous experimental methods.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale data science solutions for merchant growth products (bidding systems, growth packages).
- Owning the full ML lifecycle from ideation to impact measurement.
- Design and run experiments using A/B testing and quasi-experimental methods.
- Apply causal inference techniques to improve spend efficiency and create merchant growth packages.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams for strategic initiatives.
