Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and accurate technical support to customers and channel partners.
  • Utilize AI tools like Innovation Space and AnsysGPT for effective solution delivery.
  • Adhere to established support processes to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Develop deep expertise in simulation areas relevant to customer applications.
  • Submit product improvement suggestions, file defect reports, and verify fixes.
