Responsibilities
- Support daily administration of AI platforms focusing on Claude (usage, configuration, user management)
- Assist in the onboarding of new AI platform users across regions
- Promote AI usage by collecting use cases and sharing success stories
- Curate a centralized catalog of use cases and best practices for AI tools
- Monitor usage patterns and prepare reports for management
- Support integration configurations like MCP servers, Claude Cowork, and API connections
Required Skills
- Experience with LLM platforms, especially Claude
- Knowledge of AI or SaaS platform administration
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, JavaScript)
- Comfort working with dashboards and analytics tools
