Job Summary
pWe are seeking an AI-Native Software Engineer to innovate our software development process by integrating AI tools. The ideal candidate will use AI as a primary development partner, converting requirements into reliable and maintainable software solutions while ensuring quality, correctness, security, and production readiness.
Responsibilities
- Use AI-assisted development tools for generating, testing, documenting, refactoring, and improving software solutions.
- Convert product and business requirements into clear technical prompts and implementation plans.
- Generate a significant portion of the initial solution using AI, then validate and refine the output.
- Detect and correct AI hallucinations, incorrect assumptions, invalid code, security issues, and gaps in requirements.
- Create automated tests to verify expected behavior and business outcomes.
- Ensure all AI-generated code meets company standards for architecture, security, maintainability, performance, and documentation.
- Build reusable prompt templates and AI-native development workflows for common engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and security teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
