Job Summary
pThe DDQ Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting AlphaSense’s global sales process by accurately and consistently completing client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). This high-volume, process-driven position involves using AI-assisted tools to draft responses, escalate complex questions to experts, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Support AlphaSense’s global sales by completing DDQs accurately and on time.
- Review incoming DDQs and process them following established procedures.
- Use AI tools to draft responses, ensuring all outputs are reviewed for accuracy before finalization.
- Escalate questions that require subject matter expert input.
- Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Security, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Sales teams.
