As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day tasks related to processing provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications. Your work will involve conducting extensive research, validating information, and ensuring 100% accuracy on our credentialing platform.

Working closely with your team lead and across various departments, you’ll be responsible for researching, interpreting, and evaluating data related to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States. You will also interact directly with providers and clients via email to gather any necessary information. Additionally, you may assist with monitoring projects or client implementations as required.

Your role is critical in creating clear and concise guidelines for Certify customers based on your research findings. Furthermore, you’ll handle a variety of ad hoc tasks to support the smooth functioning of our operations.
