Job Summary
pWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wiring Harness Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in value analysis, CAD tools, and product development processes. This role involves leading the design and development of wiring harness systems for automotive applications while ensuring adherence to internal standards and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct value analysis and value engineering activities to optimize product design and reduce costs.
- Lead and contribute to the design and development of wiring harness systems for automotive applications.
- Utilize CAD tools such as CATIA, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks to create detailed wiring harness designs.
- Manage design changes throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to change control processes and procedures.
- Generate and release engineering drawings, schematics, and charts in accordance with internal standards and industry regulations.
