Job Summary
pWe are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join the Edwin AI team at LogicMonitor. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance observability, automation, and insights across our platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large language model (LLM)-based solutions for incident reports, root cause explanations, and remediation suggestions.
- Leverage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to surface relevant documentation, logs, and knowledge base insights for IT teams.
- Create semantic search and context-aware retrieval solutions for quick data discovery.
- Optimize AI models for real-time performance in distributed cloud environments.
- Work cross-functionally with platform engineers, product teams, and data scientists to integrate state-of-the-art AI models into our observability platform.
