Job Summary
pWe are seeking an Associate Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of critical product modules at Peoplebox. You will collaborate with our founding team and engineering to solve complex problems, optimize workflows, and deliver a premium user experience.
Responsibilities
- Product Discovery: Understand customer pain points through interviews, data analysis, and competitive research.
- End-to-End Execution: Create prototypes and mockups using AI tools, iterate on them, and work with engineers to ship high-quality features.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define success metrics for modules and use data to improve product performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between engineering, design, customer success, and sales to ensure product alignment.
- Product Roadmap: Contribute to the long-term vision of the product by identifying growth opportunities.
