pVeradigm is seeking a dynamic Associate Support Consultant to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have experience resolving client application issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client application questions or problems over the telephone/Internet.
- Apply basic knowledge of solution features and functionality to troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure accurate, complete case documentation aligned with Support policy.
- Reproduce client issues for root cause analysis.
- Maintain timely communication with clients through established SOPs.
