Job Summary
pA Platform Engineering Analyst at StoneX Group serves as Level 2 support, bridging the gap between Service Desk and Platform Engineers. This role involves triaging issues, documenting solutions, and improving processes to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Triage, investigate, and troubleshoot issues escalated from Service Desk
- Escalate complex problems with defined context and strong documentation
- Clearly communicate issues, progress, and resolutions to users and technical teams
- Test applications following major releases using existing test cases
- Document solutions, learnings, and common issues for future support
- Use AI to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery
